PAWS for Reading – Kids read to a friendly dog! Improves reading skill. Sign up for a 15 minute session. Tuesdays, 5:00-6:00: Jan. 24, Feb. 14, 28, March 13, 27.
Music with Miss Sue – Sue leads class with guitar, kids sing and dance.
Thursdays, Feb 23, 10:45-11:30, Mar22, 9:30-10:15, Apr 11, 9:30-10:15, May 10, 9:30-10:15, Jun 7, 10:45-11:30. $4 per child/$8 per family, infants under 6 months free.
Raise a Reader: A great start to a lifetime of reading. Rhymes, finger plays, music. Ages 0–23 months. Fridays, April 6, 13, 20, 27, 11:30-12:00. Please register.
Knitting Group – 2nd & 4th Mondays, 6:30-7:45, beginner or advanced. No registration needed.
Play & Learn: Parent-Child Workshop – (“Family Place”) Ages 12-36 months. Wednesdays, 9:30-10:45: March 7, 14, 21, 28, May 2, 9, 16, 23. Call library to register.
American Girl Club 2nd Monday of month 4:00-5:00, new girls welcome, dolls also!
Poetry Group! Read & discuss poetry. Meets every 3rd Saturday at 10:00 in Westminster Place Community Room, 320 West 1st Ave., Parkesburg. For info. Call Jeffrey Bullock, 484-321-1630.
Special Computers for Kids – We have 2 computers for kids 2-8 years old. These PCs have easy to use games that help with spelling, reading, math, writing and typing.
